Applying for Membership
PACC Constitution states in Article III:
“Any male person 21 years or older shall be eligible to make application for active membership in the club. All members of Polish or Lithuanian extraction shall have full voting rights. Only members of Polish or Lithuanian extraction can propose or vote on amendments to the Constitution, subject to the provisions of the by-laws. It is up to the applicant to prove that he is of Polish or Lithuanian descent. If the applicant’s name is obviously not Polish or Lithuanian, he must indicate his Polish or Lithuanian family last name and relationship, on the membership application. Anyone falsifying information will automatically be disqualified and his sponsor suspended or expelled from the Club.”

PACC House Rules
- Membership card must be presented to be served.
- Members are responsible for their guests and their actions.
- Guests must leave when their host member leaves.
- Proper physical and verbal behavior is expected by both members and guests.
- Proper attire is required.
- Damage of club property will not be tolerated.
- No credit.
Booking a Party at the PACC
- You must be a member in good standing and dues must be current.
- If not a member, your event must be sponsored by one and they need to be present at the event.
- A deposit fee of $300 is required to book a party. The deposit is returned after the event. However, if you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.
- You can call 482-2461. Please leave your name, date you wish to book and who your sponsor will be.
